We are inviting freelancers to support us with social media marketing and business development as we grow our organisation and increase our impact. We are open to hearing from people who specialise in one area or who can offer a combined service.

We do not currently have a MTFAR Instagram or Tiktok account, and are looking for a freelancer to help us launch these accounts, and to strengthen the Chief Executive's social media.

This role will help us raise income, strengthen our connections, and make the most of the services and resources we already offer. Whether it’s crafting engaging social content, promoting our training and support services, marketing our products and resources, or building new relationships with schools and partners, your contribution will play a key part in helping us reach more people.

Every sale, booking, and new connection enables us to reinvest directly into our mission – providing free guidance, resources, and support for schools, families, and communities who need it most. By working with us, you’ll be supporting the growth of a small but passionate organisation that values creativity, purpose, and authenticity.

We welcome freelancers who are proactive, strategic, and comfortable working independently. Experience in education, marketing, business development, or LGBTQ+ inclusion is a bonus, but what matters most is a commitment to helping us build a more inclusive world.
