School Health Check
So that we can make the most of our journey together, we must know where we are and where we are going.

In our in-depth health-check we will look at your school policies, curriculum, provision and learning environment and develop an action plan together to ensure that all change is for purpose and bespoke to your school.
In our training sessions, ​we will look at the language and concepts of LGBTQ+ identities, age-appropriate inclusion, and safeguarding.
Taken as twilight sessions or as an INSET, staff will leave feeling more confident with LGBTQ+ inclusion and leave inspired to make our schools safe spaces for all.
​In our interactive pupil workshops, we’ll explore why using the word "gay" as an insult is harmful.
Through activities, discussions, and real-life examples, pupils will learn the power of words, how they affect others, and how to create a more respectful and inclusive school environment. Let’s rethink how we speak and build a kinder community!
